摘　　要：目的:比较硫酸镁联合利多卡因湿热敷和冷湿敷治疗碘造影剂局部渗漏的效果。方法:将92例下肢静脉碘造影剂渗漏患者分为实验组及对照组每组46例,实验组采用硫酸镁联合利多卡因湿热敷,对照组采用冷湿敷,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗72h后,实验组痊愈率100%(46/46),对照组痊愈率84.8%(39/46),其余7例治疗96h后痊愈,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合利多卡因湿热敷可有效治疗碘造影剂渗漏所致的局部组织损伤和疼痛,其疗效优于冷湿敷。Objective： To compare the different effect of the local leakage of iodine contrast medium with hot and cold moist compress of magnesium sulfate combined with lidocaine. Methods： 92 pa- tients with iodine contrast medium leakage in lower limb vein angiography were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the treat- ment group were treated with hot moist compress of magnesium sulfate combined with lidocaine, while patients in the control group were treated with cold moist compress. The effect of treatment in both groups was compared. Results：After treatment of 72 h, the cure rate of experimental group was 100K （ 46/46 ）, and the cure rate of control group was 84.8% （39/46）, the remaining 7 patients recov-ered after treatment of 96 h, compared the curative effect of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion.The applying hot moist compress of magnesium sulfate combined with lidocaine can effectively cure the local tissue injury and pain caused by the leakage of iodine contrast agent, and its curative effect is better than that of cold moist compress.
