祛毒汤熏洗坐浴防治混合痔术后疼痛水肿的疗效探讨

摘　　要：为探讨祛毒汤熏洗坐浴防治混合痔术后疼痛、水肿的临床疗效，将接受手术治疗的60例混合痔患者随机分为两组，各30例，一组术后给予祛毒汤熏洗坐浴（治疗组），一组给予1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴（对照组），每天i次。结果显示，治疗组Ⅱ、Ⅲ度疼痛发生率（16．7％）明显低于对照组（56．7％），P〈0．05；且术后水肿发生率（10．0％）明显低于对照组（63．3％），P〈O．05。结果表明，祛毒汤熏洗坐浴可明显减轻混合痔术后疼痛、水肿，效果显著。In order to explore the therapeutic efficacy of fuming ＆ washing sitz bath with Qudu decoction （a Chinese drug formula） for preventing and treating the postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids,the 60 patients who had received the surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group,30 cases for each one. The treatment group was subjected to postoperative fuming ＆ washing sitz bath of Qudu decoction,while the control group was given with PP solution（1 ： 5000） ,1 time/d. As results,the incidence of Ⅱ , Ⅲ degree pain and edema in treatment group were abviously lower than that in control group（16.7% vs 56.7% ,10.0% vs 63.3% ,respectively）, P 〈0.05. The results showed that fuming and washing sitz hath with Qudu decoction can reduce the postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids obviously, and has marked effects.
