摘 要:基于在pH 8.5碱性介质中阿仑膦酸钠经4-氯-7-硝基苯并-2-氧杂-1,3-二唑(NBF-Cl)衍生化后生成一种黄色荧光物质,该荧光物质经激发光照射产生荧光,据此提出了荧光光谱法测定中阿仑膦酸钠含量的方法。在激发波长457nm、发射波长532nm处,反应体系荧光强度与阿仑膦酸钠的质量浓度在0.02~1.0mg.L-1范围内呈线性关系。方法用于阿仑膦酸钠片剂的分析,测得加标回收率为97.1%~113%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.06%~0.14%。Based on the derivation reaction between sodium alendronate and 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan (NBF-CI) to give a yellow fluorescent product in a medium of pH 8. 5 and on the fluorescence property of the derivate as shown by its fluorescence spectrum at the wavelengths of 457 nm (λex) and 532 nm (λem), a fluorophotometric method for determination of sodium alendronate was proposed. Linear relationship was found between values of fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of sodium alendronate in the range of 0. 02- 1.0 mg ·L^-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of samples of sodium alendronate tablets, giving values of recovery ranged from 97. 1%-113%, and RSD's (n=6) ranged from 0. 06%-0. 14%.
