道家文化的当代心理学价值及其实现

摘　　要：通过分析"自然"、"无为"和"责任心"这三个具有典型道家文化表征的概念及其内涵,阐述了其中蕴含的重要心理学价值:"自然"有助于认识人的心理发展因素的内在性与间接性,把握人的心理发展状态的冲突性与和谐性,理解人的心理发展过程的变化性与恒常性;"无为"有助于动态性地认识人的行为内涵,以自主性的态度处理日常生活中的冲突,以超越性的原则把握社会和个体的行为;"责任心"重视责任对象的心理状态而不仅仅囿于行为的得失,重视个体对自我发展及其心理状态的管理。心理学对道家文化身份的重新建构以及文化研究方法的重新接合将促进优心态社会和健康人格公民的进一步实现。The history of western psychology development presents two deviation, one is the development direction of the philosophical origin within the forgotten, and the second is the development system of national psychology in shortage.The development process of contemporary psychology will increasingly Chinese philosophy especially Taoist culture into the world mental picture conventional wisdom .Through the analysis of ＂ nature＂ and ＂doing nothing＂ and ＂responsible＂ the three typical characterization of Taoist culture connotation, this paper expounds the important psychological value which contain ： ＂ nature＂ to know individual＇ s psychology development factors of internality and indirect, grasp individual＇ s psychology development state of conflict and harmonious, understand individual＇ s psychology of the development process of changes and constant; ＂ doing nothing＂ help unde^tanding human behavior connotation with dynamic views, the autonomy of attitude to deal with the conflict in daily life, the principle of transcendence to grasp the behavior of the society and the individual; ＂ responsibility＂ value the psychological state of the object behavior and not just the gain and loss, pay more attention to individual to management the self development and psychological state. To reconstruct of Taoist cultural identity and new joint of cultural research methods in psychology will improve optimal mentality of society and shape the healthy personality of the citizens.
