摘　　要：目的:观察ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3PUFAs)对全身炎性反应综合征患儿炎症反应及免疫功能的影响。方法:将我院2009年3月～2012年4月收治的100例符合全身炎性反应综合征诊断的住院时间超过1周的患儿,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各50例。两组患儿均常规给予积极抗感染、维持内环境稳定、脏器功能支持等治疗,其中观察组加用ω-3PUFAs,疗程1周,对比两组治疗前后炎性反应及免疫功能指标。结果:两组在治疗第8 d,炎症反应及免疫指标均有改善,但观察组炎症反应及免疫指标均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),具统计学意义。结论:ω-3PUFAs可改善全身炎性反应综合征患者的免疫功能,减轻免疫反应。Objective：Observation ofω-3PUFAs on inflammatory reaction in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and the effect of immune function.Methods My courtyard in 2009 March -2012 year in April,100 cases treated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome diagnosed hospitalized for longer than 1 weeks in children.Patients divided into Observer Group and the control group,Each set of 50 cases.Two groups of patients are positively the General resistance to infections、maintain homeostasis、organ support therapy.Where observation unit withω-3PUFAs,Comparison of two sets of inflammatory reaction and immune function before and after treatment.Results The two group in the treatment of eighth days,the inflammatory response and immune indexes were improved,but the inflammatory response and immune indices in observation group than those in the control group improved significantly {P 0.05）,statistical significance.Conclusionω-3PUFAs can improve immune function in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome,reduce the immune response.
