摘　　要：绒山羊业是中国畜牧业的重要组成部分,其皮肤次级毛囊所产的山羊绒是毛纺工业中最优质的天然纤维原料,也是中国国际贸易份额比重最大的畜产品。绒山羊皮肤次级毛囊是山羊绒纤维的"发源地",因而绒山羊皮肤毛囊的结构特点、遗传特性、发生发育与周期性变化及调控因素,是了解绒山羊种质特性的基础,也是绒山羊选育研究的基础。笔者在查阅国内外对绒山羊皮肤毛囊研究文献的基础上,结合多年的研究结果,综述了中国绒山羊毛囊性状与发育调控研究的现状与进展,以期为指导绒山羊育种提供理论基础。Cashmere goat industry is an important constituent of Chinese animal husbandry.The cashmere produced by the secondary follicle in the skin of cashmere goat is the best natural material of fiber in the woolen spinning industry,and it takes the highest percentage among the livestock products in the international trade.As the secondary follicle in the skin of cashmere goat is the ＂place of origin＂ of the cashmere fiber,the follicle structure,the genetic characterization,the development,the cyclical change and the regulating factors are the basics for the idioplasm and selection of cashmere goat.Based on the adequant study of related literature and our own findings through many years′ research,the article reviewed the current situation and the progress of the hair follicle structure traits and developmental mechanisms of Chinese cashmere goat,hoping to provide the theoretical basis for the selection of the cashere goat.
