施肥对“威代尔”葡萄产量和浆果糖酸含量的影响

摘　　要：通过对"威代尔"葡萄N、P、K单元素和配方施肥的研究,探讨不同施肥处理对其产量和浆果糖酸含量的影响。结果表明:单元素施肥中,单施N肥增产幅度最大,钾肥对含糖量的提高具有积极的促进作用,N、P、K配方施肥对产量和果实品质的提高优于单元素施肥。综合考虑施肥效果和施肥的经济性,在行株距0.75 m×3.0m条件下,"威代尔"葡萄适宜配方施肥量为N 35.6 kg/667m2、P(P2O5)17.8 kg/667m2、K(K2O)47.4 kg/667m2。The effects of different fertilization on the output and content of sugar and organic acid in Vidal were studied with the treatment of single element N,P,K and fertilizer formula.The results are as follows： the increasing rate achieves the highest level with the treatment of nitrogenous fertilizer only.Potassium fertilizer promotes the content of soluble sugar.Fertilizer formula is superior to single element N,P,K on the output and fruit quality.Based on an overall consideration of effect and economy,the optimal formula is N 35.6 kg/667m2,P（P2O5）17.8 kg/667m2,K（K2O） 47.4 kg/667m2.
