摘 要:为探讨有益微生物对甜樱桃根系的接种效应,试验采用灌根的方法,研究了从野生东北山樱根际分离筛选出的4株促生细菌,混合接种对甜樱桃/东北山樱根际微生物区系及根系呼吸代谢途径的影响。结果表明:接种促生菌液改变了甜樱桃根际细菌、放线菌及真菌的数量比例,使根际细菌数量显著增加。接种2次,根际细菌增加幅度最大,为对照的3.4倍;接种促生菌液提高了根系活力,接种2次效果最显著,为对照的2.4倍,达到200.4μg/(g·h);接种促生菌液对根系呼吸的基础生化途径与末端氧化电子传递途径运行比例无明显影响,但整体上提高了根系呼吸速率。In order to explore the effects of inoculating beneficial microorganisms on C.avium/C.sachalinensis,plants were inoculated with a mixture of four bacterial strains of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR) screened from rhizosphere soil of C.sachalinensis in wild by means of root irrigation.The aspects were investigated of rhizosphere microbiota and root respiratory metabolism of the inoculated plants.It was found that the microbial community structure underwent variation in the rhizosphere of C.avium/C.sachalinensis,and the amount of rhizosphere bacteria increased after inoculation with PGPR,3.4 times more than the control after inoculation with PGPR twice.The root activity was enhanced after inoculation with PGPR and its enhancement was 2.4 times more than the control after inoculation twice,reaching 200.4 μg/(g·h).The entire respiratory rate was evidently increased after inoculation with PGPR,while the contribution ratios of basis biochemical and the end of the oxidation electron transport pathways of root respiratory were not evidently affected.
