摘 要:采用随机区组设计,对玉米杂交种"贵单6号"进行不同密度、不同追施氮量二因素栽培试验,并在5个不同生态区进行不同密度栽培试验。结果表明:贵单6号是一个丰产、稳产型的品种,影响其产量及主要农艺性状的主要因素是种植密度和施氮量,因密度引起的差异大于施氮量,其穗长、行粒数和千粒重均随密度的增加而减少,因此,采用适宜的种植密度和施氮量是获得高产高效的关键措施。生产上,贵单6号采用栽培密度为3 500~4 000株/667 m2、追施肥量为25 kg/667 m2左右的配套栽培技术,可充分发挥其产量潜力,获得较好的综合效益。The plantation density and amount of nitrogen application for hybrid maize Guidan 6 were conduc- ted in five different ecological zones using randomized block design in 2009. The result indicated that Guidan 6 was a high and stable yield maize cultivar. The yield and other agronomical traits were mainly effected by the plantation density and amount of nitrogen application. Spike length, grain number per row and 1 000 grain weight highly reduced with the increase of density, therefore, the level of suitable plantation density and fertilization was were factors for a high yield. Suitable plantation density and nitrogen application for Guidan 6 were around 3 500 - 4 000 plant/667 m2 and 25 kg/667 m2 respectively, which may give best benefit.
