江苏金湖县肝吸虫病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解淮安市肝吸虫感染和发病状况,为对全市肝吸虫病防治提供科学依据。方法选择金湖县两个村为调查点,于2010年8月10～17日开展现场调查和实验检测工作。采用粪便检查法调查当地居民、保虫宿主猫和狗等肝吸虫感染情况,中间宿主淡水鱼采用压片镜检法查肝吸虫囊蚴。结果共进行人群粪检782人,肝吸虫感染1例,感染率0.13%;检测淡水鱼共3种138条未检出肝吸虫囊蚴,但查出其它动物性吸虫囊蚴鱼15条;保虫宿主检测猫、狗粪便9份,均未发现肝吸虫卵。结论金湖县存在肝吸虫感染,呈散在发生,保虫宿主检测未发现肝吸虫卵,淡水鱼未检出肝吸虫囊蚴。Objective To understand the prevalence of clonorchiasis in Huaian City. Methods Two villages in Jinhu County were chosen for the survey dduring the period of 10-17 August 2010： The liver fluke infection in humans, dogs and cats were detected stool examination method from the feces of local residents and reservoir hosts. The metaeercariae of liver fluke was tested by Tablet microscopic examination from intermediate host. Results Out of the 782 human feces samples one positive sample was detected with a psoi0tive rate of 0.13%. Totally 138 resh water fish samples of 3 species were detected and no metercercariae were found, but other animal metacercariae were detected froml5 fish; Metaeereariae of liver fluke did not detected from the 9 feces samples of reservoir hosts, such as cat and dog. Conclusion There is liver fluke infection in Jinhu County and there was no metacercariae of liver fluke in fection in reservoir hosts and freshwater fish detected..
