复方中草药宫得健凝胶剂的制备及质量监控

摘　　要：在模拟奶牛子宫温度和努责运动的情况下,用旋转黏度计测定卡波姆的黏度,根据可注入性选择合适的浓度作为基质,以复方中草药宫得健为主药,制备凝胶剂;通过紫外分光光度法测量盐酸小檗碱的含量判定药物含量并检测药物稳定性、微生物含量、体外缓释性,探讨以卡波姆为基质、复方中草药宫得健凝胶剂的制备及质量监控方法。结果表明:0.8%卡波姆作为基质最适宜,且凝胶剂均匀细腻,分散性好,稳定性高;盐酸小檗碱含量为4～32μg·mL-1线性关系良好;微生物含量符合国标;凝胶剂在12h时的释放率为40.15%,达到缓释药物的标准。结果提示该制剂组方合理、质量稳定,质量监控方法操作简便、测量准确。Under simulation of temperature and movement of uterus in dairy cattle, the viscocity of carbomer was measured with rotational viscosimeter, then the appropriate concentrated carbomer was used as substrate based on its iniectability and Gongclejian mistura was chosed as the remedium eardinale. The content of berberine hydrochloride in gel preparation was detected with UV spectrophotometry. The stability, microorganism percentage and drug release quality were monitored, in order to probe manufacturing method and quality control methods of Gongdejian gel. The results showed that 0.8 % carbomer was suitable as a gel matrix. The medicine displayed uniformity, well dispersibility and stability; the berberine hydrochloride detection had good linear correlation between 4 and 32 ug · mL-1. The content limitation of microorganisms was consistent with national standards. Release rate of medicine was 40.15M at 12 h and met a criterion of slowrelease medicine. The results showed tb.at the medicine was characterized with stable quality. The detection of quality control was convenient and manipulated easily.
