摘 要:用前驱体载体溶液浸渍法制备了氧化锆无机纤维,经热处理200℃开始炭化,600℃纤维炭化基本完成。采用TG-DSC分析浸渍前后纤维的热性能,用FT-IR、SEM、XRD分析热处理前后纤维的组织结构。研究结果表明:氧化锆纤维的开始形成温度为400℃;热处理前纤维主要由纤维和锆盐组成,热处理后样品为单一的ZrO2组分;氧化锆纤维制品具有与前驱体纤维相同的物理形貌,单根纤维饱满,直径约为4~5μm;组成纤维的主晶相为t-ZrO2,并随热处理温度的升高出现次相c-ZrO2。Zirconia cloth was prepared by using cellulose textiles impregnated with zirconium salt solution which was carbonized start at 200 ~C after heat treatment, then completed fully carbonized at 600 ℃. The thermal properties of the impregnated and unimpregnated cloth were studied by TG-DSC. The structure of the cloth before and after heat treatment was examined by FT-IR, SEM and XRD. These results showed that the start creating temperature of zirconia cloth was 400℃. The zirconia cloth before heat treatment was made of cellulose fiber and zirconium salts but after heat treatment the sample was made of single component of ZrO2. The zirconia cloth had the same physical morphology with the precursor cloth and any individual fiber had full core with the diameter of about 4 - 5 μm. The cloth was mainly consisted of t-ZrO2, and c-ZrO2 was appeared with the increase of heat treatment temperature.
