摘  要:目的 :研究环境香烟烟雾 (ETS)对机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法 :建立 ETS染毒的动物模型 ,测定对照组、1h染毒组和 2 h染毒组大鼠的血液和脏器的脂质过氧化水平及抗氧化能力。结果 大鼠连续染毒 6周后 ,血清、肝、肾和卵巢等脏器 L PO含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清、脾和脑超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;但肝肾和卵巢的 SOD活性较对照组低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;肝和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH - Px)活性显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;肺组织中的 L PO含量及 SOD活性未见明显改变。结论 ETS可造成大鼠血液、肝、脾、肾。Objective:To study the effects of environmental tobacco smoking on lipid peroxidation in rat. Methods:The toxicological protocol of experimental rats were established to determine the lipid peroxidation and anti peroxidation capacities in blood and organs of rats which were exposed to ETS for 0,1 and 2 hours every day respectively. Results: After being exposed to ETS for 6 weeks, the LPO level in serum, liver, kidney and ovary of experimental animals was higher than that of controls (P<0.05). There were higher SOD activities in serum, spleen and brain in exposed rats(P<0.05). However,the SOD activities in liver, kidney and ovary of exposed rats were lower than those of control(P<0.05). It was also found that the GSH P X in liver and brain of exposed rats had higher activities than that of control (P<0.05). Conclusion: ETS can induce the lipid peroxidation damages in blood, liver and other organs of exposed rats. [FK(WB80011。5]
