摘 要:电磁检测包括涡流检测、漏磁检测、磁记忆检测、微磁检测等,是近年来承压类特种设备无损检测研究领域的热点。文章介绍了电磁检测新技术的基本概念、特点、国内外发展和应用现状,开展了电磁检测相关试验,并对试验结果进行了初步分析,探讨了目前电磁检测新技术在承压类特种设备检验检测领域中存在的应用问题,提出了改进的技术措施。Electromagnetic testing new techniques include eddy-current testing(ET), magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing, metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing, micro-magnetic detection and so on. And it was hotspot in the research range of pressure equipments nondestructive testing for the past few years. In this paper, the basic conception, characters and the state of arts of new electromagnetic testing technique were introduced. An experiment on the electromagnetic testing was carried out. Then, some problems and improvement measures were analyzed preliminary for electromagnetic testing technique in pressure equipment inspection.
