摘　　要：公益性数字文化是一种新型文化范式和服务业态,是一种促成"精英文化"与"大众文化"对话的文化形式,可有效解决公益文化供给与基层群体真实的需求之间的错位问题。公益性数字文化早已存在,但目前无论是理念上还是具体操作上都没有把其作为一个整体来看待。需要辨析公益性数字文化内涵,明析公益性数字文化的分类,构建公益性数字文化的管理、运营、内容与服务体系。The public digital culture is a new cultural paradigm and service format, a cultural form for contributing to the dialogue ＂elite culture＂ and ＂popular culture＂, which can solve the ＂dislocation problem＂ between the supply of the public culture and the real needs of the grass-roots groups. The public digital culture already exists, but it is never viewed as a whole no matter from the aspect of concept or operation. We need discriminate the connotation and the classification of public digital culture,build the system of management, operation, content and services of the nonprofit digital culture.
