辽宁沿海城市带空间结构演变及优化

摘　　要：采用空间数据分析方法,对1990—2010年辽宁沿海城市带城市发展水平的时空差异进行分析,发现辽宁沿海城市带城市综合实力发展具有明显的阶段性特点。空间上表现为大连的极化现象持续显著,东、西部中小城市发展缓慢,空间分异呈现核心—外围—边缘结构。进一步根据城市综合实力的变化趋势揭示空间结构演变规律,认为辽宁沿海城市带发展经历了点式扩张、点环扩张、点轴扩张3个阶段,未来将实现整个城市带的一体化发展。目前,辽宁沿海城市带空间结构处于点轴扩张阶段,主体格局表现为"一核—一轴—两翼"结构特征。最后,基于城市群空间结构发育的一般规律,认为辽宁沿海城市带空间结构优化方向应按照"点—轴"发展模式展开,创新空间管理组织。Applying the spatial data analytical methods, this paper analyzes the urban inequality of cities in the coastal urban belt in Liaoning. It is attained that Dalian is in the process of obvious polarization and the middle and small cities develop slowly and change unobviously so the spatial structure presenting a clear core-periphery-edge model. Furthermore, it reveals the evolution order of spatial structure in the coastal urban belt in Liaoning. The authors find that the regional development has experiences from point-like expansion to point of ring expansion and point-axis expansion, and tend to integration in the future. So far, the development axis is formed and the pattern of spatial structure is ＂one core-one axis-two wings ＂model. Finally, according to the usual law of the spatial structure development for urban agglomeration and the macro background of regional development, the paper put forward some approaches of structural optimization which are：（1） implement spatial organization in accordance with the pattern of points-axis with development nuclei and development axis; （2） bring forth new ides in the regional organization of administration.
