摘  要:发电机定子线圈绝缘在运行过程中要遭受电、热、机械等应力的联合作用而老化,随着中国高龄发电机组日益增多,及时掌握定子线圈绝缘的运行状态显得尤为重要。笔者总结了当今国内外发电机定子线圈绝缘诊断与剩余寿命预测的方法,并以一台18.5 MW/10.5 kV水轮发电机为例,介绍了一种实用的根据电气参量对定子线圈进行绝缘诊断与剩余寿命预测的方法。The insulation of generator stator windings will be ageing, because it is subjected to the combined effects of electrical, thermal and mechanical stress. With the old generator set is increasing, it is particularly important that master the condition of insulation of the stator windings in time. This paper summarize the methods of insulation diagnosis and life prediction of the generator stator windings at home and abroad, and take a hydro-generator 18.5 MW/10.5 kV for an example, a practical method of the stator winding insulation diagnosis and life prediction is introduced on the basis of electrical parameters.
