远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管肌皮瓣修复足踝部创面22例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管肌皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损所致的创伤性骨髓炎创面的临床疗效。方法选择我院2006年6月—2010年6月收治的踝周、足部软组织缺损导致的创面感染22例,行远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管肌皮瓣修复术。结果 19例伤口一期愈合,有2例皮瓣边缘坏死和1例形成窦道,换药清创后治愈。结论应用远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管肌皮瓣修复足踝部创伤性软组织缺损、骨髓炎创面是有效且可行的。Objective To explore the clinical effect of distal pedicle sural nerve nutrient vessel musculo cutane- ous flap in repair of traumatic osteomyelitic wound surface at skin soft tissue damage. Methods 22 patients with wound surface infection with malleolar circumjacent and foot soft tissue loss during June 2006 and June 2010 underwent distal pedicle sural nerve nutrient vessel musculo cutaneous flap repair. Results 19 wounds were healed in stage I , 2 flaps border were necrosis and 1 case engendered sinus tract, and they were cured by debridement. Conclusion It is feasible that distal pedicle sural nerve nutrient vessel musculo cutaneous flap repairs damaged ankle latissimus dorsi myocutaneous traumatic soft tissue loss and osteomyelitis wound surfaces.
