摘　　要：目前我国民办教育管理存在不少问题,对民办教育的分类管理有助于明确民办学校的性质,落实政府资助政策,清晰民办学校产权以及解决民办学校招生、收费、教师待遇等问题。为了更好地实现对民办教育的分类管理,需要制定符合国情的分类管理政策,完善民办教育的各项法律法规,建立严格的民办教育监督管理机制。This paper analyzes the main problems in our private education management, arguing that clas- sification management can help define the nature of private schools, implement the government＇ s funding poli- cies, clarifying the property rights, and solve such problems as enrollments, tuition fees and staff wages and other welfares for such schools. In order to realize better classification management, it is necessary to formu- late supporting policies, perfect relevant laws and regulations and establish a strict supervision system for clas- sification management in the light of China＇ s reality of private education.
