摘　　要：梳理了国外生活垃圾分类减量的经济激励措施,总结了我国大城市垃圾分类减量的经济激励措施及其问题,提出优化财政拨款制度、建立级差垃圾收费制度、构建城市垃圾分类减量法等对策建议。The economic incentive measures of domestic waste classification and reduction in foreign countries were summarized, as well as the measures and problems in large cities of China. Some suggestions were put forward, for example, optimizing financial allocation system, building differential waste charge system, structuring the law about domestic waste classification and reduction, and so on.
