摘 要:用P3HT作为电子给体,PCBM作为电子受体,制备了分层(单异质结)和共混(体异质结)2种不同结构的太阳电池,对其光电特性进行了表征,分析比较了不同结构对器件性能影响的物理机制.结果表明:所制备器件的开路电压分别为0.521 V和0.581 V,能量转换效率分别为0.67%、1.98%,体异质结结构可有效地改善太阳电池的输出特性.Using P3HT as the electron donor and PCBM as the electron acceptor, the impact of active layer film structure on the performance of organic photovohaic devices was studied. Two different structural solar energy cells were prepared, one being the layering structure (single heterojunction) while the other the blending structure (bulk heterojunction). It specified their photoelectric characteristics and compared the physical mechanism of the impact of the structure on the performance of the device. The results have shown that this device has the open - cir- cuit voltage of 0. 521Y and 0. 581V respectively, the effects of energy conversion are 0.67% and 1.98% respectively. The bulk heterojunetion structure is more effective on improving solar energy cell's photovoltaic characteristics than the structure of single heterojunction..
