摘　　要：利用ANSYS软件对某变速箱后副箱齿轮强度进行了有限元分析,分别从壳体变形、轴变形等因素考虑,通过有限元分析与台架试验相互验证,最终确定后副箱低档大齿轮齿形修形角度,并通过了台架试验验证。The finite element analysis using ANSYS software after a gearbox sub-box gear strength, respectively, from the shell deformation axial deformation and other factors to consider mutual authentication by the finite element analysis and bench, to finalize the sub-box low gearthe tooth profile modification point of view, and passed the bench test validation.
