摘 要:针对数字电能表校验技术存在可靠性差、无法量值溯源以及缺乏完整的数字计量量值传递体系等问题,提出基于量值溯源的数字电能表校验技术。首先模拟三相功率源采样,通过数据变换得到输出数据符合IEC61850-9-1/-9-2标准的标准数字功率源;然后在此基础上对数字电能表的误差进行校验,使标准数字功率源的准确度可向传统电能标准溯源,从而解决了目前数字电能表量值无法溯源的问题。研发了相应的数字电能表校验装置,实现了量值溯源、数字电能表的虚负荷检定以及数字电能表的实负荷检定等功能。To solve the problem of poor reliability, impossibility in tracing the value and the lack of a complete system of the value transfer in digital measurement in the digital watt-hour meters, this paper proposes the meter calibration technology for the digital watt-hour meters based on value traceability. Firstly, we simulate the three- phase power source sampling and get the standard digital power source of which the output data fit standard IEC61850-9-1/-9-2. Secondly, we calibrate the errors of the digital watt-hour meters based on this to make the accuracy of the standard digital power source be able to trace that of traditional electric energy standard. In this way the problem of impossibility in tracing the value in the digital watt-hour meters at present is solved. And then we develop the meter calibration device for the digital watt-hour meters, which achieves the functions of tracing the value, the virtual load verification and the real load verification of the digital watt-hour meters.
