清代案狱与查慎行的心路历程

摘　　要：清代著名诗人查慎行一生听闻、见证或亲身经历了清代统治者制造的各种案狱,如《明史》案、《长生殿》案、《南山集》案和查嗣庭试题日记案。这些案狱都触动或震颤了查慎行脆弱而敏感的心灵。而查嗣庭试题日记案,是雍正帝处心积虑亲自发动制造的文字狱大案,查慎行牵连其中,成了首当其冲的受害者。尽管后来查慎行被释放回籍,但这种突如其来的、面临生死抉择的覆巢惨变,使他的心灵受到极大的创伤,导致其心态失衡,处于巨大的矛盾之中。一方面,他对雍正帝的法外施恩,感恩戴德;另一方面,他的心态异常复杂痛苦,既痛斥罪弟,又顾念亲情,既恨名思隐,又痛感人生。感恩与痛苦两种心绪交织在一起,真实地展现了他的心路历程。The famous poet Zha Shenxing of the Qing Dynasty experienced various cases produced by the rulers of the imperial court, such as the case of Ming History, the case of Palace of Eternal Youth, the case of Nanshan Collection and the Case of Zha Siting. These cases directly touched and thrilled fragile and sensitive mentality of Zha Shenxing. The Case of Zha Siting was a case of literary inquisition that was purposefully initiated and produced by emperor Yongzheng. Zha Shenxing was involved in it and became the first and foremost victim. Although Zha Shenxing was finally released and sent back to his hometown, the unexpected and fatal change had a great harm to his mentality, which put him in state of imbalance and in great contradictions and pains. On the one hand, he was grateful for the emperor, Yongzheng＇s kindness. On the other hand, he was extremely complex and painful, denouncing his brother＇s crimes and missing his family, hating his fame and suffering in his life. The two moods of thanksgiving and suffering intertwined, which truly showed his spiritual course.
