摘　　要：自配溶血剂在ＡＣ－９２０型进口血细胞分析仪检测中的应用，其各项指标：Ｈｂ吸收曲线、ＷＢＣ粒度分布、ＷＢＣ计数、ＷＢＣ分类计数等均与进口溶血剂相当，并经两年多的临床验证，效果满意，故自配溶血剂可替代进口溶血剂。Using self-made hemolysis reagent on AC-920 import blood analyzer, it's functions and effectiveness are compatible to import hemolysis in such as Hb absorbing curve, WBC granular cells distribution, WBC counting, WBC percentage. During more than two years clinical trial, it has been suspenseful. Self-made hemolysis could be instead of import one.
