注射用灯盏花素在大输液中的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的考察注射用灯盏花素与3种临床上常用的大输液配伍后的稳定性。方法在25℃温度条件下将注射用灯盏花素分别与5%葡萄糖注射液(5%GS)、10%葡萄糖注射液(10%GS)、0.9%氯化钠注射液(0.9%NS)配伍后,于8h内的各个不同时间点(0h、1h、2h、4h、6h、8h)观察各自的外观,并测定其pH值、含量的变化。结果注射用灯盏花素与5%GS和0.9%NS在25℃温度条件下配伍后的8h内各自的外观、pH值、含量均无明显改变。与10%GS在25℃温度条件下配伍后的8h内pH值和含量变化不大,但有浑浊现象产生。结论注射用灯盏花素可与5%GS和0.9%NS于25℃温度条件下配伍,并在8h内使用。临床上最好避免将注射用灯盏花素与10%GS配伍使用。OBJECTIVE To study the stability of breviscarpin injection with three kinds of commonly large infusions used clinica.METHODS After mixed,Breviscarpin injection and 5% glucose infusions（5% GS）,10% glucose infusions（10% GS）,0.9% saline infusion（0.9% NS） at 25℃.Observe their appearance and determination of pH,concentration changes at different time points（0h,1h,2h,4h,6h,8h）.RESULTS After mixed and 5% GS and 0.9% NS at 25℃ The pH value and the content changed little,but had turbidity phenomenon.within 8h,The did not change significantly.While mixed with 10% GS at 25℃ temperatures within 8h after compatibility after.CONCLUSION Breviscapine injection with 5% GS and 0.9% NS at 25℃ temperatures compatible,and can use within 8 hours.But avoid using compatibility with 10% GS in clinical.
