肝炎康复丸的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的对肝炎康复丸的质量标准进行研究。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别片剂中的茵陈、板蓝根、郁金;用高效液相色谱法对方中(R,S)-告依春进行含量测定,采用Inertsil ODS-SP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7∶93)为流动相;检测波长245nm。结果在薄层色谱中可以检出茵陈、郁金、板蓝根,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰,专属性强,易于识别;(R,S)-告依春在0.4024～10.06μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.40%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确,专属性强,可以有效地控制肝炎康复丸的质量。OBJECTIVE To study the quality standard of Ganyan Kangfu Pills.METHODS Artemisiae scopariae herba,Isatidis radix,Curcumae radix were identified by TLC.The contents of（R,S）-goitrin was determined by HPLC.Using a column packed with Inertsil ODS-SP C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,The mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphate（7∶93） and the detection wavelength was 245nm.RESULTS Artemisiae scopariae herba,Isatidis radix,Curcumae radix can be detected by TLC,the spots were clearness,specificity and easy to identify,Also the figures of negative samples were not interference.The linearity of the（R,S）-goitrin founded was within the range of 0.4024～10.06μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 98.40% and the RSD was 1.16%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is found to be convenient,accurate,specificity and can be used for the quality control of Ganyan Kangfu Pills.
