依那普利联合百令胶囊治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察马来酸依那普利联合百令胶囊治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(B组)服用马来酸依那普利联合百令胶囊,对照组(A组)单纯服马来酸依那普利;均予糖尿病教育,饮食控制,适量运动,口服降糖药及胰岛素治疗。两组的疗程均为12周。比较两组的血压、24h尿蛋白、β2-MG、尿素氮指标。结果 A组尿蛋白明显改善,B组尿蛋白的下降大于A组。结论依那普利联合百合胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Enalapril combined with Bailing Capsule in treatment of old patients with diabetic nephropathy.METHODS 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group（B group） and the control group（A group）,each group of 45 patients.The patients in the treatment group were taked Enalapril and Bailing capsule,and the patients in the control group were only taked Enalapril.All the patients received diabetic educati-on,diet control and moderate exercise using oral antidiabetic medication and insulin.The treatment of two groups lasted 12 weeks.We compared the following indicators between the two groups：blood pressure,24h urinary protein,β2-MG and urea nitrogen.RESULTS The level of 24h urinary protein in A group were decreased significantly,and the level of 24h urinary protein in B group were decreased more significantly than A group.CONCLUSION Enalapril combined with Bailing capsule has good effect in treatment of old patients with early diabetic kidney disease of old patients.
