摘　　要：从温特生产与企业获取和利用资源能力关系方面进行的探讨指出,温特生产促进了更大范围利用分布于世界各地的资源,并主要凭借产品的快速创新而使之得以实现。This paper started from the analysis of the relationship between Wintelism and resources obtaining and utilizing by enterprises, which noted that Wintelism promotes the resources integration dispersed over the world on a larger scale, and comes into reality mostly by quick innovation of products.
