井冈山时期毛泽东人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：井冈山时期毛泽东的人才培养工作取得了巨大的成绩,奠定了我党我军的人才培养模式。其特点是:因地制宜,注重实际,挖掘和培养本地人才;发挥先进分子的带头作用,促使党团军人才齐进步;支持农协斗争,着力培养农运干部。Mao Zedong, who set up the illustrious example for the Communist Party and Red Army, has opened the first great ideological construction and laid the solid foundation of talents for the coming revolution success. His talents training made a great achievement in the Jing Gangshan period. The characteristics of this talents train- ing modes can be summarized as follows： rooting in local situation, training local talents, setting up glorious ex- amples by excellent men, developing Communist Party and Red Army completely, and supporting farmerg revolu- tionary practices.
