摘  要:目的 研究促红细胞生成素对维持性血透患者血浆氨基酸谱的影响与机制。方法 选择 30例不使用促红细胞生成素的维持性血透患者 ,平均分为两组 ,分别运用促红细胞生成素或输血治疗 ,并测定治疗前、治疗 4周、12周时患者的血红蛋白、血白蛋白、透前血浆氨基酸谱。结果 两组患者治疗 12周后 ,血红蛋白、血白蛋白明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆中丝氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酰胺、酪氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸水平升高 ,甘氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸水平降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组患者上述指标无显著差异。结论 促红细胞生成素可通过改善贫血来纠正血透病人的氨基酸代谢的异常。Purpose To investigate the effect and mechanism of erythropoietin on amino acid metabolism in hemodialysis patients. Methods 30 maintenance hemodialysis patients who did not use erythropoietin (EPO) were divided into two groups averagely.The patients of two groups were given erythropoietin therapy or transfusion respectively.The concentrations of their hemoglobin,serum albumin and plasma amino acid were measured before and 4 weeks,12 weeks after treatment. Results The elevated levels of plasma serine,valine,leucine,isoleucine,lysine,tyrosine,goutamine,cysteine,alamine and the decreased levels of plasma glycine,phenyalanine,proline were observed 12 weeks after treatment in the patients of two groups ( P <0.05).There was no difference between two group patients. Conclusions The administration of EPO in hemodialysis patients can correct the plasma amino acid pattern toword normal by means of correction of anemia.
