摘 要:采用"3414"最优饱和设计方案,于2010年在辽宁省农业科学院以氮(N)、磷(P2O5)、钾(K2O)肥为探讨因子进行田间试验,研究氮、磷、钾肥配施对油葵杂交种F60干物质积累与分配的影响。结果表明,各施肥处理在油葵出苗30 d时,单株干物质积累量分别比未施肥对照增加4.82%~50.30%,其后各施肥处理的干物质积累量一直高于对照;到收获时各施肥处理依然比对照分别高了32.24%~55.46%。不同施肥处理之间的干物质向地上部各器官中的分配量差异明显;叶片、叶柄、茎秆、籽粒、果盘及杂质等地上部分各器官比例相差较大;收获指数的差异明显,最高是N2P2K2,为37.97%,相应的籽粒产量也最高,其它处理也高于未施肥对照。籽粒产量与氮、磷、钾肥施入量的回归方程为:Y=122.506+6.147N+6.883P+5.462K-0.312 N2-0.546 P2-0.311 K2+0.100 N×P+0.019 N×K+0.202 P×K(R2=0.99)。氮、磷、钾肥单因子对油葵籽粒产量的作用效果是P2O5>N>K2O。The experiment was conducted to observe the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium application amount on dry matter accumulation and distribution of oil-sunflower in 2010.The experimental design was "3414" randomized complete block with 3 replications.Result showed that there were significant effects on dry matter accumulation after seedling 30 days.The proportion of leaf,petiole,stem,seed,head and others were significant difference existed among different treatments,the harvest index and seed yield of N2P2K2 was higher than others.Regression equation of seed yield to the amount of N,P2O5,K2O applied were estimated as:Y=122.506+6.147N+6.883P+5.462K-0.312 N2-0.546 P2-0.311 K2+0.100 N×P+0.019 N×K+0.202 P×K(R2=0.99).The effects on yield of 3 singled-factor fertilizers were in the order of P2O5﹥N﹥K2O.
