摘　　要：目的 :探讨烧伤残余创面的治疗。方法 :分析我科 1995年以来烧伤残余创面的患者共 2 0例。结果 :2 0例病人全部行局部或全身浸浴后局部使用抗生素、贝复剂、红氟洗剂、苯妥因后创面愈合。结论 :浸浴基础上的综合治疗是治疗烧伤残余创面重要方法。Object:To investigate the treatment of residual burn wound.Method:The clinical reports of 20 cases with residual burn wound in our department since 1995 were analyzed.Result:Local or general water bath were used in all the cases and then different wounds were treated with antibiotics、bFGF、mixture of mercurochrome and norfloxacin and PTH.Conclusion:Complex treatment after local or general water bath was the most effective method for residual burn wound.
