摘　　要：目的 :Ikeda -soper手术治疗先天性巨结肠的优越性。方法 :采用Ikeda -soper手术治疗先天性巨结肠病人 5例。结果 :该术式治疗结果优良 ,无术后并发症 (如 :盲袋综合征、闸门综合征等 )。结论 :Ikeda -soper手术治疗先天性巨结肠手术效果好 ,值得推广应用。Hirschsprung's disease is a common congenital deformity.There are different operations for this disease.Objective:To understand the advantages of Ikeda-soper operation.Methods:Five patients were treated for Hirschsprung's disease whit Ikeda-soper operation.Results:All 5 cases had good operative results without any surgical complication.Conclusion:Ikeda-soper operation is one of the best choice of operation for Hirschsprung's disease and is worth wide application.
