摘　　要：目的探讨老年食管癌切除并管状胃代食管术后患者留置管道的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2011年5月成都军区昆明总医院收治的38例老年食管癌患者的临床资料。所有患者均在全身麻醉下行食管癌切除术,并以管状胃代替食管,在术后护理中均注重管道护理,并从细节上规范各种留置管道的护理操作。结果从细节上规范各种留置管道的护理,使得老年食管癌切除术后带管患者的脱管率、堵管率均明显降低,97%的老年患者安全度过围术期,术后无严重并发症发生。结论从细节上规范各种留置管道的护理,可提高术后护理质量,促进患者的康复。Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures for the elderly patients with indwelling tubes for esophageal reconstruction with tubular stomach after removal of esophageal cancer.MethodsFrom August 2006 to May 2011,the clinical data of 38 elderly patients with indwelling tubes for esophageal reconstruction with tubular stomach after removal of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia were analyzed retrospectively.All the nursing procedures of the patients were focused on the postoperative tube care and standardized the operation details for indwelling tube nursing were standardized.ResultsBy standardizing the nursing details of different indewelling tubes,the removal and plugging rates of the elderly patients with tubes detaining after removal of esophageal cancer were significantly decreased.Totally 97% of the elderly patients safely passed through the perioperative period without serious postoperative complications.ConclusionManagement of the nursing details for the indwelling tubes can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and promote the rehabilitation for these patients.
