摘 要:目的 :研究人参总皂苷对麻醉大鼠海马齿状回 (DG)突触传递活动的影响。方法 :采用在体记录LTP的电生理学方法 ,给予不同剂量人参总皂苷 ( 10 0 ,5 0 ,2 5mg·kg-1,ip)观察其对海马DG基础突触传递活动和LTP的影响。结果 :给予人参总皂苷 10min后可剂量依赖性增强大鼠海马DG基础突触传递活动 ;在给予高频刺激 (HFS)诱导出LTP后 3 0min ,再ip上述剂量人参总皂苷 ,可使已形成的LTP在ip人参总皂苷后持续增强。结论AIM: To observe the effect of total ginsenoside on synaptic transmission in the dentate gyrus. METHODS: Total ginsenoside 100,50 and 25 mg·kg -1 ip, using electrophysiological technique to record the long term potentiation (LTP) in both basic synaptic transmission and 200 Hz high frequency stimulation (HFS) induced LTP of the dentate gyrus in anesthetized rats. RESULTS: Total ginsenoside dose dependently enhanced the basic synaptic transmission 10 min after its administration. When t =130 min,the magnitude of population spike (PS) was 191%(100 mg·kg -1 ), 162%(50 mg·kg -1 ) and 160%(25 mg·kg -1 ). Thirty min after LTP induced by HFS the total ginsenoside (ip) dose dependently enhanced the magnitude of LTP beginning from 40 min(100 mg·kg -1 ),70 min(50 mg·kg -1 ) and 100 min(25 mg·kg -1 ) after ip. CONCLUSION: Total ginsenoside dose dependently enhanced the basic synaptic transmission and the magnitude of LTP induced by HFS of the dentate gyrus in anesthetized rats.
