摘　　要：目的　观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor ,bFGF)对庆大霉素所致活体豚鼠前庭损害的保护作用。方法　豚鼠皮下注射庆大霉素连续 10天 ,造成内耳损伤。实验组同时腹腔注射bFGF ,对照组则注射生理盐水。检测两组豚鼠的前庭功能 ,前庭终器行扫描电镜观察。结果　对照组前庭损伤明显重于实验组。Objective To study the protective effect of the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on guinea pig vestibules injured by gentamicin in vivo. Methods Guinea pigs were treated with subcutaneous injection of gentamicin for 10 days continuously. Inner ears were injured. At the same time, guinea pigs of the experimental group were treated intraperitoneally with the injection of bFGF, and the control group was treated with normal saline. Vestibular functions of both groups were tested, and vestibular end organs were observed by scanning electronic microscopy. Results Vestibules of the control group were hurt more severely than those of the experimental group. Conclusion bFGF can protect guinea pigs, vestibules in vivo from gentamicin injury.
