摘　　要：目的 :探求颈胸部 CT连扫时颈部较佳扫描参数组合 ,获得满意图像。方法 :30例分三组各 10例 ,按扫描野、扫描角度、图像矩阵等参数不同组合扫描成像并分析。结果 :扫描野大 ,椎骨横突后条纹伪影较严重 ,并可能有辐射状伪影 ,图像分辨率受到影响 ;扫描野小、扫描角度、图像矩阵小时 ,图像分辨率差。结论 :扫描野小、过角度扫描、图像矩阵大的参数组合 ,其扫描可提高图像质量。Objective:To explore the better combination of scan parameters in scanning the neck and the chest consistently so that to obtain the satisfactory images.Methods:30 cases divided into three groups(10 cases each).The patieats were scanned using different combinations of scan parameters including field of view(scan diameter),scan angle and image matrix,then the images were analysed.Results:When the field of view was large,there were more transversal artifact behind the processus transversus of vertebrarium,the radiate artifacts were likely to appear and the resolution of images was affected,when the field of view,scan angle and image matrix were small,the resolution of image was worse.Conclusion:Scanning with the combination of small field of view,orer scan angle and large imaging matrix can improve the quality of images.
