摘　　要：高校资产管理活动价值链应从规模、范围角度重组会计业务流程和从处理业务性质角度重组会计业务流程。规模、范围角度包括会计部门内的重组、会计部门与其他部门间的重组、企业间的重组;高校资产价值链是财务战略体系中的重要环节。The value chain of college asset management activities should restructure the accounting business processes from the scale and range angles and the perspective of the nature of dealing business. The scale and range angles include the reorganization of the accounting department, the reorganization of the accounting department and other departments, and inter-enterprise. College asset value chain is an important link in the system of financial strategy.
