摘　　要：社区图书馆必须紧紧围绕社区的发展,增强服务的亲和力,发展"一站式多元化"服务模式,倡导"个性化服务"理念。利用现代科技把社区图书馆打造成社区居民"终身教育、学习"的服务平台,使之成为引领人们精神文化的向导。Community librgty must focus On community development, enhance service affinity, develop ＂one-stop＂ and diversification service mode, and advocate ＂personalized service＇ concept. Using modem technology, build the community library as service platform of ＂ life-long education and learning＂ for community residents, and then make it become the guide to lead people＇s spirit and culture.
