摘　　要：芬兰赫尔辛基市中心的Library10是以提供丰富的音乐资源、多样化计算机工作站为特色的图书馆,而Meetingpoint为读者营造具备数字通信条件的临时办公及社交活动环境。两者协同发掘新型图书馆的服务模式,所提供的非传统意义的、符合时代特征的各类特色服务很受读者青睐,极大地改变了传统的受众结构。这些成功的经验和方法可为未来图书馆的发展提供借鉴和启示。Library10 is a modern library in the centre of Helsinki in Finland,having a broad collection of musical recording and equipped with versatile computer workstations.Meetingpoint provides the city＇s populace with environment of electronic communication,and hosts an urban office for temporary need of working facilities and social activities.Their cooperation developed into a new kind of library service which is nontraditional and in tune with the times.Proved to be welcomed by readers,this service has changed the structure of customers in library as we knew.The successful experience and methods provide the reference and enlightenment for the development of other libraries in future.
