洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片的研究

摘　　要：目的研究洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片的制备工艺及体外释药的影响因素。方法紫外分光光度法测定渗透泵片体外释放度,考察不同处方和工艺对药物释放的影响。结果促渗剂用量、聚乙二醇400用量、包衣增重对药物的体外释放均有显著影响。结论洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片制备工艺合理稳定,释药规律符合控释制剂的要求。Objective To study the formulation and influence factors of drug release in vitro of the loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets.Methods The UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the release of the osmotic pump tablets,and various factors affected the drug release were studied.Results The amount of osmotic promoting agent,PEG400,and the coating weight had significant effects on release inn vitro.Conclusion The preparation of loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets is reasonably and stable.The formulations can meet the requirement of the controlled release drug delivery.
