重度颅脑外伤并发症的临床分析及治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨重度颅脑外伤的常见并发症及治疗方法。方法选择2007年7月～2011年7月广东省东莞市太平人民医院收治的118例重度颅脑外伤患者,分析产生的并发症,给出合理的治疗措施。结果经分析主要并发症为高热、呼吸功能不全、消化道出血、急性肾功能衰竭、外伤性癫痫、尿崩症等。结论重度颅脑外伤病情变化极易引起高热、呼吸窘迫等并发症,致死率和致残率极高,探究其成因并进行合理治疗,是减少患者病痛、提高生存率和生活质量的重要方法。Objective To investigate types and causes of complications in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and summed up the approach.Methods Retrospective analysis June 2006 June 2011 in our hospital 118 cases of severe traumatic brain injury patients,patients with the complications of type,causes,and appropriate approach to analyze and summarize.Results Through the analysis of major complications are high fever,acute respiratory distress syndrom（ARDS）,gastrointestinal bleeding,acute renal failure,traumatic epilepsy,diabetes insipidus.Conclusion Severe brain trauma patients will have fever,ARDS,gastrointestinal bleeding and a series of complications,should cause analysis in a timely manner,make the appropriate treatment to reduce pain in patients.
