腹股沟疝改良前入路Kugel修补术12例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹股沟疝改良前入路Kugel修补术经验。方法采用美国巴德公司生产的单丝聚丙烯补片(ModifiedKugel补片),为12例腹股沟疝行腹膜前无张力修补术,评价手术过程及手术效果。结果手术时间最短40min,最长90min,平均(54±15)min,术后切口疼痛及异物感轻微。结论腹股沟疝改良前入路Kugel修补术操作过程简单,能修补整个腹股沟区,覆盖耻骨肌孔,学习曲线短,术后恢复快,并发症少,疼痛及异物感轻,适合在广大基层医院推广。Objective To discuss the experience of improved anterior approach Kugel neoplasty for inguinal hernia.Methods 12 cases of inguinal hernia underwent preperitoneal tension free neoplasty with U.S.Bard Company＇s product monofilament polypropylene patch（Modified Kugel patch）,and the process and effect of the operation was evaluated.Results The shortest operation time was 40 minutes and longest was 90 minutes and the mean was（54±15）minutes.Pain and foreign body sensation of incision after operation were slight.Conclusion Improved anterior approach Kugel neoplasty for inguinal hernia is simple in process,it can repair the whole inguinal region and cover the myopectineal orifice,and it＇s easy to learn.With it a sooner recovery,less complications and slighter pain and foreign body sensation can be attained.It should be promoted in vasty basic-level hospitals.
