后路360°植骨融合内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的探讨后路椎弓根螺钉固定联合360°植骨融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 2007年1月～2010年12月对23例复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者应用后路椎弓根螺钉固定联合360°植骨融进行再手术治疗。结果随访时间为6～28个月,所有患者腰腿痛症状得到有效缓解,椎间植骨融合良好,优良率95.7%。未出现椎弓根螺钉松动、断裂,植骨不融合现象。结论后路椎弓根螺钉固定联合360°植骨融合术具有固定坚强、融合确切、症状缓解快和相对经济等优点,是目前治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症较理想的方法之一。Objective To study the clinical effect of posterior pedicle screw fixation and 360-degree bone grafting fusion for the surgical treatment of recurrent lumbar disc protrusion.Methods From Jan.2007 to Dec.2010,23 patients of recurrent lumbar disc herniation were treatedwith pedicle screw fixation with 360-degree bone grafting fusion surgery.Results The average follow up time was 14.7 months（from 6 to 28 months）.The back leg pain of all the cases were relieved effectively.The interbody fusion was well without screws breakage or loosing.The rate of excellent and good was 95.7%.Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw fixation and 360-degree bone grafting fusion has the advantages of rigid fixations,excellent fusions,perfect results.relatively economic.It is a perfect procedure for recurrent lumbar disc herniation.
