摘 要:目的 :观察海洛因成瘾者戒毒治疗期间 β 内啡肽 (β EP)含量变化的动态变化。方法 :应用放射免疫法测定血浆 β EP含量 ,15例健康志愿者 (对照组 )为早晨取血标本 ,30例海洛因成瘾者于戒毒治疗后第 2、8和 30天早晨收集血标本。结果 :海洛因成瘾组戒毒第 2天时血浆 β EP浓度显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;戒毒第 8天时血浆 β EP浓度明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,但仍显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;戒毒第 30天时血浆 β EP浓度继续升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,仅稍低于对照组 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :海洛因成瘾造成血浆中 β EP水平下降 ,停用海洛因后血浆中降低的 β EP水平将缓慢升高至恢复正常 ,这些变化可能与海洛因的成瘾和戒断过程密切相关 ,提示血浆中 βObjective: To observe the changes of plasma β endorphin(β EP) contents during heroin abstinence in heroin addicts.Methods:Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the β EP content in plasma.The blood samples were obtained from 15 healthy volunteers (control group)in the morning.The blood samples were obtained from 30 heroin addicts in the morning on day 2,8 and 30 after detoxification by directly removing heroin.Results:In heroin addicts,on day 2 after detoxification,the plasma β EP content was significantly lower than that in control group ( P< 0 01);on day 8 after detoxification,a significant increase was seen in comparison to that on day 2( P< 0 01),but was still significantly lower than that in control group( P< 0 05);on day 30 after detoxification,the plasma β EP content further increased significantly in comparison to that on day 8 ( P< 0 05),and not different from that in control group.Conclusions:Heroin addiction will result in the decline of the β EP level in plasma. After herion is removed,the β EP level will gradually increase up to the normal level.The β EP level in plasma may serve as an objective indictor to estimate the clinical effect of heroin abstinence in heroin addicts.
