摘　　要：阐述了江苏有线BOSS系统银行代收费子系统的设计和建设方案。银行代收费子系统为各种付费方提供了统一的接入服务,从而为客户提供多种支付账户、多种支付途径。银行代收费子系统采用多层结构体系N-tier architecture,可以将系统需求划分成可以明确定义的服务,并以组件的形式实现。系统可以在网络上灵活部署,并且根据业务的改动灵活的对这些服务组件进行修改,而不影响其它的组件,从而降低维护的费用。This paper elaborates the design and construction scheme of Jiangsu Cable Network BOSS system bank charges agent subsystem. Bank charge agent system provides uniform access services for a variety of paying party provides customers with a variety of payment account, a variety of means of payment. Bank charge agent system adopts a multilayer structure system N-tier architecture, which can divide system requirements into service clearly defined, and realized by the form of component. The system can be flexibly deployed on the network, and changes the services component according to the business changes flexibly without affecting the other components, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
