复方苦参注射液治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将90例CHB患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各45例,治疗组予以复方苦参注射液联用复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注,对照组单用复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注,疗程8周。观察治疗前后患者门静脉宽度、肝纤维化指标。结果①治疗组治疗后肝门静脉宽度变小,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后肝门静脉宽度与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②治疗组治疗后透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、前Ⅲ型胶原(PⅢP)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)等肝纤维化指标均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),并明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗后HA、LN、PⅢP、Ⅳ-C等指标较治疗前有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有抗肝纤维化作用。Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of compound Kushen injection in preventing hepatic fi-brosis formation in patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）. Methods 90 CHB patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 case in each group. The patients in the treat group were given the compound Kushen injection（30 ml daily） combined with compound glycyrrhizin（160 mg daily）,and the patients in the control group were only given the compound glyeyrrhizin（160 mg daily）. The hepatic portal vein width and the indexes of hepatic fibrosis were e- valuated after the treatment for 8 weeks. Results ①After the treatment,the hepatic portal vein width of patients in the treat group diminished obviously（P〈0.05） ,but there was no significant difference in the control group（P〈 0.05）. OThe indexes of hepatic fibrosis, such as HA, LN,P Ⅲ P and Ⅳ-C, decreased significantly in the treat group after treatment（P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01） ,and each index in the treat group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. But the above parameters in the control group altered a little after treatment,and there was no significant difference before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The compound Kushen injection could prevent hepatic fibrosis formation in patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.
