摘　　要：目的:观察烟雾病急性期患者的临床症状与心理,探讨临床护理对策。方法:回顾性分析16例烟雾病急性期患者的临床资料,总结护理方法。结果:16例烟雾病急性期患者经治疗与整体护理,14例好转,2例未改善。结论:正确认识烟雾病,严密观察病情,加强护理工作,可降低并发症。Aim： To observe the clinical symtoms and psychology of Moyamoya disease patients with acute period and explore the methods of clinical nursing care.Method： To analyse the clinical material of 16 Moyamoya disease patients retrospectively and summarize the methods of nursing care.Result： As for the 16 Moyamoya disease patients,14 of them are better as a result of treatment and holistic nursing care,but 2 patients don＇t have any improvement yet Conclusion：To know Mayamoya disease correctly,observe patient＇s condition closely and strengthen nursing work can reduce the complications.
