摘　　要：目的:总结116例经枕下乙状窦后入路听神经瘤切除术的护理经验。方法:分析枕下乙状窦后入路手术切除听神经瘤的围手术期护理措施的实施。结果:手术全切除78例,次全切除38例。平均住院17天,未发生护理并发症。结论:经枕下乙状窦后入路听神经瘤切除术的患者实施细致而有效的围手术期护理,可以及时观察病情变化,避免护理并发症的发生,减轻患者心理负担,保证手术的效果。Objective： To summarize the nursing data of 116 patients with acoustic neuronal treatment by surgical removal via the suboccipital retrosigmoid approach.Method： preoperative nursing date of 116 patients with with acoustic neuronal treatment by surgical removal via the suboccipital retrosigmoid approach were observed.Results： All the patients of 78 patients with total resection and 38 patients with subtotal resection were discharged after the mean 17 days without nursing related complications.Conclusion： It would be effective that preoperative nursing should focus on enhancing psychological care for the patients with acoustic neuronal,strengthening the dynamic observation of disease and nervous systemic care,and reducing the incidence of complications.
